When you successfully purchase a Gift Card, an email regarding Gift card code will be sent to you soon.
How to redeem gift cards?
1) Input your gift card code during checkout.
2) Click Apply.

Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status.
3. Tips for Shipping
1) A telephone number is required for delivery. Leave the correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
2) APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted. We will refund you the shipping fee if you pay additional fee with a PO box address.
3) For Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, there will be a little bit shipping fee.
4) Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Cupsomer.

Welcome to Cupsomer! An account can allow customers to access to own order history and address. It is optional to create your account.

Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation
Order confirmation will be sent to the email listed on your order once you complete an order.Therefore, please ensure that your email address should be correct.
Shipping confirmation will be sent when your order is fulfilled and shipped to the destination. Please feel free to contact us if you don't receive any notification in 7 days. Email to: firstname.lastname@example.org .
1) How to cancel my order?
Any order can be easily canceled before shipping from the warehouse. Contact our customer service to request the refund if you really want to.
2) Cancellation Success
You will receive an order cancellation email notification when customer service is successful to cancel an order. Please ensure your email address is correct.
Note: If you don't receive any order or shipping info, you can inquire customer service for a confirmation.
Why was my package returned?
There are multiple possible reasons:
1) Wrong or incomplete address
2) Invalid phone number
3) Unable to deliver
It this condition happens, please contact us through email@example.com with an explicit subject on the email title so we can attend it to relative customer service specialist.
Please note that nondelivery caused by wrong delivery address or no rely to pickup notification sent by our customer service specialist in 3 business days and other personal reasons will not be taken by cupsomer.
