1. Email customer service at and include your: 
    *order number
    *Return or exchange request with a picture of the product, if necessary
    *Photo of the barcode on the plastic bag 
  2. A tracking number and receipt of the returned package is required. It will help us track and process the return. 
  3. Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.


Return & Exchange conditions

  1. Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
  2. Returns & exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Do not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason and subjective factors and just dislikes the item. No return on promotional items.
  3. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer service. Please do not return the items directly to the address on the package that you have received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
  4. Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
  5. We are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 5 days after you receive it: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn.

    Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. 

  6. All items priced $15.99 and under are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made.
  7. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  8. Bikini sets must be returned with both top and bottom.
  9. Customer service may offer a cash coupon for your return. Please note, items purchased with coupons are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  10. Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.
  11. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded; used for payment outside of; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law).
  12. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore,please wait for your package to arrival and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund.
    Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics. We are not responsible for the package which was refused by our customer.
  13. Please note that nondelivery caused by wrong delivery address or no rely to pickup notification sent by our customer service specialist  and other personal reasons will not be taken by Cupsomer.
